This portal provides read-only access to your Artifis records and secure online payments. Full service terms are at artifis.co.uk/terms.

By accepting this estimate you instruct Artifis to prepare a formal quotation for the works described.
A deposit covering materials is payable online before your job can be scheduled. Work is not confirmed until the deposit is paid in full.
The deposit becomes non-refundable once materials have been ordered from our suppliers.
Final pricing may be adjusted if the work required differs materially from the information provided; any change will be agreed with you first.
Your data is processed in line with our privacy notice and retained per our retention policy.

Keep your password confidential. You must change the initial postcode password on first login.
Online payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
Do not share portal access — accounts are personal to the email holder.
